Today, the dig worker was working on our driveway and pathway. He was spreading sand around for the base.
We found out there was a broken water pipe in front of the driveway...

Water leaking in the lounge!!
Oh my goodness!! After a heavy rain, the edges in the lounge room were wet~~

We were lucky to have a heavy rain just a few days after settlement, otherwise we will need to wait forever to fix it~~

Day 180 - Kinki Settlement Date!!
After 180-day building journey, Kinki finally born on 30 July 2010!!! =)
In the front view, it seems to remain unchanged.....it is because we still haven't done our driveway...

Day 158 - Installing alarm system
The temporary fences have been removed, Kinki house looks much smarter now!!
In the master bedroom, the pipe for the meter box has finally pushed outwards
In ensuite, the shower screen has been installed
It seems to be too close to the cabinet...
Where is the toilet suite?
Perhaps they reckon it is expensive and will install it in the last stage !_!
In the pantry, the tiles have been laid
Oh well...let's start the journal for the alarm installation...
Motherboard - it is like the heart of the alarm, alarm never work without it...

To pull out the cables, we need to go above the ceiling...
Besides finding cables, we found the pipe for the air-condition above the master bedroom didn't connect. It seems like to be too short to link them together.
